Challenge: Frank Betz Associates is the nation’s leading provider of stock home plans. The goal was to launch a new product which would give builders three elevations (home fronts) for the price of one floor plan.
Solution: Created a campaign consisting of a new logo, magazine, direct mail and a trade show booth. With a 1, 2, 3 theme, the ads drove home the uniqueness of the multiple elevation package, along with the ease of saving money when building a new neighborhood.
